Brand new, never worn. I have 2 available in the same size. One has tags, and the other doesn't, but that's because it never came with the tag. I purchased for 200, it's heavy work and intricate perfect for weddings. We never got the chance to wear it, so I'm selling. Has a very small layer of cancan inside but can remove if you prefer. The waist is ~32inch, but there is space inside to make it smaller or bigger.
