Perfect for one-off events. You’ll:

• Select your event date and how long you need it for
• Pay the rental fee, plus a refundable deposit
• Confirm delivery details. All payments go through Stripe, so everything is secure and protected. The lender doesn’t receive the payment until your rental period begins or your purchase is confirmed.

Delivery

Once your booking is confirmed, the seller or lender will ship your outfit to you using a tracked courier.

You’ll receive shipping updates when it’s on the way!

Return It With No Stress (Rentals Only)

Once your event’s over, it’s time to return the outfit , safely and on time

• Repack the outfit neatly in the packaging it came in (or something secure and clean)
• Use a tracked courier service and return it by the agreed return date

📦 Posting Your Outfit

We recommend using Royal Mail for sending your outfit. You can buy a postage label online and either print it at home or have it printed at the post office.

Royal Mail also offers a click-and-collect service, they can pick up your parcel from your home and bring the label with them if you don’t have a printer.

For heavy outfits, we suggest using a Medium Parcel size:

• This can fit a heavy bridal lengha (up to 10kg)
• Tracked delivery starts at £7.10

For lighter outfits, we suggest using a Small Parcel size: Lighter items (e.g. sarees, suits) can be posted from £3.45

• Check Royal Mail’s website for up-to-date rates and make sure your packaging fits.

Follow the cleaning instructions listed on the outfit

• Some lenders prefer to handle cleaning themselves (especially for delicate pieces), others may ask you to have it cleaned before returning.
• You’ll always find this clearly listed on the outfit page, so please read it carefully and stick to the preference.

Once the lender receives the outfit back in good condition:

• Your refundable deposit will be released within 5–7 working days
