Our rental service is tailored to provide both flexibility and ease, making your experience seamless from start to finish. Choose from a 4-day or 8-day rental period as standard, giving you the time you need to enjoy your event without worry. Your lengha will arrive on your selected rental start date, perfectly prepared and ready to wear.

Returning your outfit is just as simple—pack the lengha in the same box it arrived in and use the pre-paid postage label we provide to send it back on your selected rental end date.

No, you don’t need to clean your outfit before returning it! We handle all the care for you by professionally dry cleaning each outfit when it’s returned. This ensures that every piece in our collection is in perfect condition and ready for the next renter. All you need to do is enjoy your event and return the outfit as instructed—we’ll take care of the rest!

We ask for a deposit to ensure the safe and timely return of our outfits, helping us maintain the quality and availability of our collection for all customers. This deposit is fully refundable as long as the outfit is returned on time and in good condition.

However, the deposit may not be fully refunded in the following circumstances:

• Late Returns: If the outfit is returned after your rental end date, a late fee of £30 per day will apply. This fee will be deducted from your deposit. If the late fees exceed your deposit amount, you will be invoiced for the additional charges.
• Significant Damage: While normal wear is expected, any irreparable damage—such as permanent stains or tears that cannot be repaired—will result in the loss of your deposit. If the outfit cannot be restored, you may also be charged the remaining retail value of the garment.
• Lost or Stolen Items: In the event the outfit is lost or stolen, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged the retail value of the outfit, minus the deposit already paid.

The deposit policy helps us ensure every customer receives an outfit in excellent condition. Once your rental is returned on time and in good shape, we will process your deposit refund without delay!

Don’t worry—if the damage falls under normal wear and tear, there’s nothing for you to be concerned about. We understand these things happen during regular use.

However, if the outfit sustains significant damage, such as irreparable stains or tears, a fee will be charged based on the extent of the damage.

In cases where the outfit is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, you will be charged the full retail price of the item.
